Haali reader is so much better for reading that either available html reader that I think it makes much more sense to save an html file as a text document and read it in Haali.
The only exception is if you save a zip file with many dozens of html files and you don't want to go through trouble of saving each one as a text file. In that case you may use either Internet or BeIE browser.
