Safari is a very good looking fountain pen, and an excellent writer, too. It doesn't have as good an inkflow as Core, but I would probably prefer it, all things considered, for size and looks. It costs about as much, at around $20.
Safari has a more flexible nib than Core but it's still very rigid.
I filled my Safari with india ink which caused it to clog and then it started leaking ink all the time - inside the cap. A few weeks later one fisherman "accidentally" took it along with him. Later on I bought Core as a replacement.
